Once you have booked in for an appointment by Contacting Us, you should ensure you bring to your appointment the following information (where applicable):

 

A list of your current medications

Your audiogram if you have had a recent hearing test

Any other test results relevant to your condition (MRI, CT Scan, audiology tests, doctors reports)

 

If you have significant vertigo or nausea, please do not eat or drink anything for two hours before your appointment.

 

Please wear comfortable clothes to the appointment that allow free movement. As the initial assessment will reproduce some of your dizzy symptoms, it is recommended that you bring a family member or friend who can drive you home if required.
